上海市教科院實(shí)驗(yàn)小學(xué)簡介

我校上海市教育科學(xué)研究院實(shí)驗(yàn)小學(xué)，地處斜土社區(qū)，建立于1997年，前身是茶陵北路小學(xué)，自建校就進(jìn)行了小學(xué)辦學(xué)的公立轉(zhuǎn)制試點(diǎn)，同時(shí)在區(qū)內(nèi)率先開展了小班化教育的試點(diǎn)研究，是上海市首批小班化教育的試點(diǎn)學(xué)校之一。我校現(xiàn)有教工７４人，７２８名學(xué)生。

在十年的辦學(xué)過程中，我們秉承“一切為了學(xué)生，為了學(xué)生的一切，為了一切學(xué)生”的辦學(xué)思想，堅(jiān)持“教師與學(xué)生共同成長”的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，努力將學(xué)校建設(shè)成為一個(gè)立足社區(qū)、兼顧周邊，在社區(qū)內(nèi)有一定特色和影響力的公辦學(xué)校。學(xué)校開展《學(xué)生的個(gè)性充分、和諧發(fā)展》的教育實(shí)驗(yàn)，根據(jù)課題實(shí)驗(yàn)的需要和學(xué)校的辦學(xué)條件，開設(shè)軟陶、游泳、橋牌及美術(shù)綜合活動等特色課程，受到廣大家長的贊譽(yù)，取得了社會的普遍認(rèn)可。

The brief introduction

of

Experimental Primary Scholl Attached To Shanghai Education and Reach Institution

Our school’s name is Experimental Primary Scholl Attached to Shanghai Education and Reach Institution, which is located in Xie Tu Community. Our school was established in 1997(It was Chaling Primary School before 1997). We have carried out the small size classes education at the establishment of the school. And we are one of the first group of the experimental schools that research the small size classes education in Shanghai.

There are 74 staffs and teachers and 728 pupils in our school.

During the ten years of development, we always have the educational concept: ‘We do everything for our pupils’ in our work. We also insist on the developmental strategy: ‘Teachers’ growth with pupils’ ’. We have tried our best to make our school become a public school which has our own features and prestige in Xie Tu Community. We have launched an educational experiment named Make the pupils’ personality develop sufficiently and concordantly . In order to meet the need of that educational experiment, we have also developed a series of characteristic courses such as: Soft Clay, Swimming, Bridge and Art and Craft Integrated Activity, Which have won the recognition of the parents and the society.
