濟(jì)南山東勞動技師學(xué)院

山東勞動職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院（山東勞動技師學(xué)院）是省人力資源社會保障廳直屬的全日制普通高等院校，始建于1955年。學(xué)院是全國職業(yè)教育先進(jìn)單位、國家高技能人才培養(yǎng)示范基地、國家級專業(yè)技術(shù)人員繼續(xù)教育基地、國家技能根基工程培訓(xùn)基地、山東省高等教育技能型特色名校、山東省優(yōu)質(zhì)高等職業(yè)院校，“國家技能人才培育工作突出貢獻(xiàn)獎”獲得單位，山東省公共實(shí)訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)運(yùn)營單位。

學(xué)院位于泉城濟(jì)南，現(xiàn)有槐蔭和長清兩個校區(qū)，占地面積1050畝，建筑面積49.7萬平方米，現(xiàn)有高職專科在校生13400余人，中職階段（含技工、五年一貫制前三年）在校生3200余人。校內(nèi)實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)訓(xùn)場地面積121365平方米，實(shí)訓(xùn)室218個。建有智能制造、智能控制、焊接、新能源汽車、商品展示、新媒體直播、智慧物流、家具木工等8個實(shí)訓(xùn)中心，可滿足智能制造生產(chǎn)線、工業(yè)機(jī)器人安裝與調(diào)試、新能源汽車、信息技術(shù)、數(shù)字商貿(mào)、智慧物流等領(lǐng)域技能培訓(xùn)，年實(shí)訓(xùn)規(guī)模超35600人。

學(xué)院積極服務(wù)和融入國家戰(zhàn)略，圍繞產(chǎn)業(yè)辦專業(yè)。設(shè)有智能制造系、電氣及自動化系、汽車工程系、信息工程系、現(xiàn)代城市系、工商管理系、勞動經(jīng)濟(jì)系、基礎(chǔ)(體育)教學(xué)部、思想政治課教學(xué)部、技師部等10個教學(xué)系部。形成了“以智能制造專業(yè)為主體，電子信息類和現(xiàn)代服務(wù)類專業(yè)為兩翼”的專業(yè)布局，重點(diǎn)建設(shè)智能制造、信息技術(shù)、自動化、汽車維保、現(xiàn)代商貿(mào)流通、城市藝術(shù)設(shè)計和智慧財經(jīng)7個專業(yè)群，有43個高職招生專業(yè)面向全國招生。是全國率先實(shí)行“雙證書”制度的高職高專院校，大專畢業(yè)生經(jīng)考試合格，能同時獲得“大學(xué)專科學(xué)歷證書和高級職業(yè)資格證書”。推出“卓越技師”培養(yǎng)計劃，形成“專科學(xué)歷 技師資格”的高端技術(shù)技能人才培養(yǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

學(xué)院深入開展校企合作，提升產(chǎn)教融合內(nèi)涵。獲評山東省校企一體化辦學(xué)示范院校。牽頭建立全國高檔數(shù)控裝備和人力資源服務(wù)行業(yè)產(chǎn)教融合共同體，牽頭成立國家示范性職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)-山東省機(jī)械行業(yè)職業(yè)教育培訓(xùn)集團(tuán)。在370多家大中型企業(yè)建立校外實(shí)習(xí)基地，先后與聯(lián)想集團(tuán)、瑞典斯凱孚、豪邁集團(tuán)、開泰集團(tuán)、日立電梯、等國際化企業(yè)合作共建專業(yè)，實(shí)現(xiàn)聯(lián)合招生、共同培養(yǎng)、定向就業(yè)。與武漢華中數(shù)控股份有限公司、山東網(wǎng)商教育科技集團(tuán)、濟(jì)南博賽網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)有限公司分別共建智能制造學(xué)院、數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院、新一代信息技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)學(xué)院。

學(xué)院扎實(shí)推進(jìn)科教融匯，增強(qiáng)社會服務(wù)能力。“十四五”以來，獲批山東省工程研究中心、山東省高等學(xué)校科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化和技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移基地、山東省高等學(xué)校應(yīng)用技術(shù)優(yōu)質(zhì)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心等市級以上創(chuàng)新平臺19個。立項(xiàng)省級教科研項(xiàng)目70項(xiàng)，獲省級教科研成果獎84項(xiàng)，取得發(fā)明專利94件，服務(wù)企業(yè)130余家，開展橫向服務(wù)項(xiàng)目64項(xiàng)。立項(xiàng)省內(nèi)唯一的“勞動教育與職業(yè)體驗(yàn)”主旨省級科普基地。是全省首批職業(yè)技能考核鑒定機(jī)構(gòu)，設(shè)立山東省退役軍人創(chuàng)業(yè)就業(yè)指導(dǎo)站。面向在校學(xué)生、企業(yè)職工、農(nóng)民工、退役士兵等重點(diǎn)群體開展培訓(xùn)，年均培訓(xùn)超2萬人次。

學(xué)院實(shí)施開放辦學(xué)戰(zhàn)略，寫好“引進(jìn)來”“走出去”兩篇文章。與韓國、俄羅斯、德國、英國、泰國、柬埔寨等國家的院校、企業(yè)、機(jī)構(gòu)等在中外合作辦學(xué)、境外辦學(xué)、國際資源引進(jìn)和輸出、師生雙向交流、國際中文教育、科研合作、文化和技術(shù)交流等方面建立了全方位、多層次、寬領(lǐng)域的交流合作關(guān)系。對外輸出國際專業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、課程資源15項(xiàng)，連續(xù)兩年榮膺EducationPlus職業(yè)教育對外交流與合作典型院校。

Shandong Labor Vocational and Technical College

Shandong Labor Vocational and Technical College (Shandong Labor Technician College), founded in 1955, is a full-time vocational college directly under Human Resources and Social Security Department of Shandong Province. The college is entitled as National Advanced Vocational College, National Demonstrative Base for High-skilled Talents, National Continuing Education Base for Professional workers, National Training Base of Skills Foundation Engineering, Skill-typed Characteristic College of Higher Education of Shandong Province, and High-quality Vocational College of Shandong Province. It has been awarded the prize of National Outstanding Contribution in High-skilled Talents Education and choosen as the construction unit of Public Training Base of Shandong Province.

The college, located in Jinan dubbed the spring city, has two campuses of Huaiyin and Changqing with an area of 1,050 acres including the building area of 497,000 square meters. There are more than 13,400 students in the higher vocational stage, and more than 3,200 students in the secondary vocational stage (including technician edcation and the first three years of the five-year vocational education system). The area of internship training site is more than 121,365 square meters, including 218 training rooms. There are 8 training centers for intelligent manufacturing, intelligent control, welding, new energy vehicles, commodity display, new media live broadcast, smart logistics, furniture and woodworking, which can meet the need of skills training in intelligent manufacturing production lines, industrial robot installation and commissioning, new energy vehicles, information technology, digital commerce, smart logistics and other fields, with an annual training scale of more than 35,600 people.

The college actively serves and integrates into the national development strategy, and runs majors around the industry. The college sets up 10 departments including Intelligent Manufacturing Department, Electrical Engineering and Automation Department, Automotive Engineering Department, Information Engineering Department, Modern City Department, Business Administration Department, Labor Economics Department,, Basic Course(Sports) Education Department, Ideological and Political Education Department and Technician Department. It has formed a layout with “intelligent manufacturing acts as the main body and electronic information and modern service acts as two wings”, focusing on the construction of seven professional groups of intelligent manufacturing, information technology, automation, automobile maintenance, modern business circulation, urban art design and smart finance. 43 higher vocational majors are for national enrollment. It is one of the first vocational colleges in the whole country implementing Dual Certificate System. Qualified graduates can obtain both a college degree certificate and a higher vocational qualification certificate. The college implements the strategy of strengthening the school by cultivating talents and has a strong faculty. There are 38 professors and 166 associate professors, and over 81.17% are the double-qualified teachers. The college is home for 1 State-level Skill Master Studio, 3 Provincial-level Professional Education Master Studios, and 4 Vocational Education Skills Inheritance and Innovation Platforms of Shandong Province. The college has been selected as the third batch of National Vocational Education Teacher Innovation Team Project Construction Unit.

The college focuses on improving the quality of talent training and has rich teaching resources. It participates in the construction of 4 national professional teaching resource databases, host or participates in 8 provincial teaching resource database, achieve 4 national excellent sharing online courses, 17 provincial excellent sharing online courses, 10 provincial online courses and 3 provincial ideological and political demonstration courses. There are 3 backbone specialties and 1 productive training base of the National Innovation Action Development Plan, 3 high-level professional groups of Shandong Province, 2 brand professional groups of Shandong Province, 7 featured specialties of Shandong Province, 7 leading or participating provincial professional teaching guidance programs, and 3 national teaching materials for the "14th Five-Year Plan" Vocational Education. The college has been chosen as the Chinese training base of 44th, 45th, 46th, 47th World Skills Competition, and the Skills Competition Research Center of Shandong Province. In the past three years, teachers and students have achieved outstanding results in various skills competitions at all levels, winning 38 first prizes and 27 second prizes in the national competition, 150 first prizes and 78 second prizes in the provincial competition. The college has carried out in-depth college-enterprise cooperation to enhance the connotation of the integration of production and education. It was awarded as a model of college-enterprise integration in Shandong Province. It leads the establishment of the National Production and Education Integration Community for High-end CNC Equipment and Human Resources Service Industry, as well as the stablishment of a National Demonstration Vocational Education Group - Shandong Machinery Industry Vocational Education and Training Group. It has established off-campus internship bases in more than 370 large and medium-sized enterprises, and has cooperated with international enterprises such as Lenovo Group, SKF Sweden, Himile Group, Kaitai Group, Hitachi Elevator, etc., to achieve joint enrollment, joint training, and targeted employment. With Wuhan Huazhong Numerical Control Co., LTD., Shandong Network Business Education Technology Group, Jinan Bose Network Technology Co., LTD., we have jointly built Intelligent Manufacturing School, Digital Economy School and the New Generation of Information Technology Industry School.

The college has steadily promoted the integration of science and education and enhanced its ability to serve society. Since the “14th Five-Year Plan”, 19 innovation platforms above the municipal level have been approved, such as Shandong Engineering Research Center, Shandong Provincial Higher Institution of Scientific and Technological Achievements Transformation and Technology Transfer Base, and Shandong Provincial Higher Institution of High-quality Applied Technology Collaborative Innovation Center. 70 provincial-level teaching and research projects have been established, 84 provincial-level teaching and research achievement awards have been awarded, 94 invention patents have been obtained, more than 130 enterprises have been served, and 64 horizontal service projects have been carried out.
