上海東華大學(xué)附屬實(shí)驗(yàn)學(xué)校(九年一貫制)

東華大學(xué)附屬實(shí)驗(yàn)學(xué)校（簡(jiǎn)稱東華附校）是上海市松江區(qū)人民政府和東華大學(xué)合作辦學(xué)的一所九年一貫制學(xué)校，2013年9月招收第一屆學(xué)生。學(xué)校充分依托東華大學(xué)優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源，秉承東華大學(xué)“嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、勤奮、求實(shí)、創(chuàng)新”的優(yōu)良校風(fēng)，堅(jiān)持“崇德博學(xué)、礪志尚實(shí)”的東華校訓(xùn)，體現(xiàn)“人文為先、科學(xué)見(jiàn)長(zhǎng)、文理貫通、全面發(fā)展”的辦學(xué)特色，努力打造“科學(xué)校園、人文校園、幸福校園、綠色校園、和諧校園”五位一體的教育品牌。

學(xué)校毗鄰松江新城泰晤士小鎮(zhèn)，位于新松江路南側(cè)至弘翔路，辰塔路東側(cè)至文涵路，總占地面積59687平方米，建筑總面積37361平方米。學(xué)校建設(shè)高起點(diǎn)、高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、高投入。設(shè)計(jì)理念先進(jìn)，體現(xiàn)“科學(xué)、人文、現(xiàn)代、生態(tài)和藝術(shù)”。學(xué)校教學(xué)樓、實(shí)驗(yàn)樓、圖書館、體育館、運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)、餐廳、地下停車庫(kù)等一應(yīng)俱全，布局合理。2014年9月正式遷入新校址，目前學(xué)校擁有一、二、三、四、六、七、八、九等八個(gè)年級(jí)2500余名學(xué)生。

學(xué)校嚴(yán)把師資入口關(guān)，由重點(diǎn)師范畢業(yè)生、區(qū)學(xué)科名師、教壇新秀等優(yōu)秀教師組成。學(xué)校擁有一支師德高尚、理念先進(jìn)、業(yè)務(wù)精良、勤于研究、善于創(chuàng)新，適應(yīng)新時(shí)期教育教學(xué)要求的教師隊(duì)伍。2016學(xué)年度師資配備由1位上海市特級(jí)校長(zhǎng)、2位東華大學(xué)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、9位松江區(qū)學(xué)科（德育）名師、10位松江區(qū)教壇新秀等共189位教師構(gòu)成。在編教師中，本科及以上學(xué)歷有188人，占總?cè)藬?shù)的99.9%；中共黨員數(shù)量達(dá)109人，占總?cè)藬?shù)的57.7%；中、高級(jí)教師達(dá)63人，占總?cè)藬?shù)的33.3%。在全體教師的通力合作、共同努力下，學(xué)校辦學(xué)三年多來(lái)所取得的成績(jī)獲得區(qū)內(nèi)一致好評(píng)，并在上海市逐漸嶄露頭角。

The Experimental School affiliated to Donghua University（DHFX in short）is a nine-year system school which is jointly established by Donghua University and the People’s Government in Songjiang District, Shanghai. The first enrollment started in September, 2013. The school makes full use of the high-quality education resources of Donghua University（DHU in short）, adapting the excellent school spirit of “strictness, diligence, concreteness and innovation”. Also DHFX insists on the school motto of DHU as “ Integrity in mind, Erudition in learning, Nobility in aspiration, Conscientiousness in practice.” DHFX shows its school characteristics as ‘Priority in Culture, Strength in Science, Balance in Liberal arts and science, and All-round development ’. DHFX strives to set up a ‘five-in-one’ education brand involving ‘Science, Culture, Happiness, Green and Harmony ’.

The school adjoins the Thames town in Songjiang new town, located in the south of New Songjiang Road to Hongxiang Road, in the east of Chenta Road to Wenhan Road, which have a total area of 59687 square meters, and a building area of 37361 square meters. The whole school construction is at a high starting point, under high standard and also with high involvement. The design concept of the school shows ‘Science, Culture, Modern, Ecology and Art ’. There are complete sets of teaching and living facilities including teaching buildings, laboratory building, library, gymnasium, stadium, restaurant and underground garage, which are reasonable layout. In September 2014, students moved to the new school sites. There are totally over 2500 students in grade one, two, three, six, seven and eight, totally six grades in DHFX so far.

The school makes strict check on hiring teachers to ensure that the teachers are consist of Key Normal University graduates, District leading teachers in specific subjects, and young promising teachers. The team of teachers who can adapt to the requirements of the new era of education, they have noble morality in teaching, advanced concept, excellent professional proficiency, ability in research and innovation. Now the school has one Shanghai special-grade principal, two leaders from DHU, nine district leading teachers in specific subjects or moral education，eight young promising teachers. Among the 189 permanent teachers, there are 109 Chinese communist party members and 63 intermediate or senior teacher.

DHFX insists on talents cultivation orientation education, and pays close attention to the harmonious development of students in physical, mental and ethical. DHFX attaches great importance to the effect, efficiency and long-term effect of teaching. Basic on the outstanding professional teachers from DHU and the social education forces, DHFX provides students with science and diversified courses, which are from the students’ interests, to improve their learning ability and comprehensive quality. ‘Around the Globe’, ‘Daddy’s lecture’, ‘story Mommy’ are the three major characteristic classes where are the platforms to display the interaction between schools, between families and school, also the international cooperation. DHFX also rely on the ‘four festivals, one performance’, which are Art festival, Reading festival, Sports festival, Science and Technology festival and Weekly performance, to find out potential capacity of each child, inspire their confidence and vitality, so that to let our education help them to make full preparations for the future.

DHFX passes on the JingWei culture from DHU, sets up the ‘JingWei Forum’ JingWei School Newspaper, JingWei TV station, JingWei Broadcasting station, JingWei happy reading library to make DHFX a new high-quality school in Shanghai, where there is high-quality education, distinct science and cultural characteristics, and modern school management.
