山東勞動職業技術學院簡介

山東勞動職業技術學院(山東勞動技師學院)是山東省人力資源和社會保障廳直屬的全日制普通高等院校,始建于1955年。學院是“全國職業教育先進單位”“國家高技能人才培養示范基地”“國家級專業技術人員繼續教育基地”“國家技能根基工程培訓基地”“山東省高等教育技能型特色名校”,“山東省優質高等職業院校建設工程”立項建設單位,“國家技能人才培育工作突出貢獻獎”獲得單位,“山東省機械行業職業教育培訓集團”牽頭組建單位,山東省公共實訓基地建設運營單位。
學院位于泉城濟南,現有槐蔭和長清兩個校區,占地面積1050畝,建筑面積49.7萬平方米,現有高職專科在校生13400余人,中職階段(含技工、五年一貫制前三年)在校生3200余人。校內實習實訓場地面積95000多平方米,實踐基地、實訓室168個,實習實訓工位6100多個。教學科研儀器設備總值達1.84億元,新建智能制造產線五軸數控、工業機器人、3D打印、CAD機械設計、貨運代理、虛擬現實技術、電氣自動化、新能源汽車等20多個高端實訓室(中心)。
學院服務于山東省經濟社會發展和產業結構升級需求,設有智能制造系、電氣及自動化系、汽車工程系、信息工程系、現代城市系、工商管理系、勞動經濟系、職業教育系、基礎(體育)教學部、思想政治課教學部、技師部等11個教學系部。形成了“以智能制造專業為主體,電子信息類和現代服務類專業為兩翼”的專業布局,重點建設智能制造、信息技術、自動化、汽車維保、現代商貿流通、城市藝術設計和智慧財經7個專業群,有43個高職招生專業面向全國招生。是全國率先實行“雙證書”制度的高職高專院校,大專畢業生經考試合格,能同時獲得“大學專科學歷證書和高級職業資格證書”。近年推出“卓越技師”培養計劃,10%的優秀學生組建卓越技師班,形成“專科學歷 技師資格”的高端技術技能人才培養標準和經驗。
學院現有教職工690人,其中,教授32人、副教授150人,“雙師型”教師占比81.17%。享受國務院特殊津貼專家2人,泰山領軍人才1人,全國技術能手7人,全國模范教師1人,國家級技能大師工作室領辦人1人;省技術能手87人,獲得省級榮譽稱號教師94人,黃大年式教師團隊2個,山東省“青創科技計劃”創新團隊1個。學院聘請包括山東省首批泰山產業領軍人才趙峰、姜和信、王欽峰在內的中華技能大獎獲得者、全國勞動模范、全國技術能手等技能拔尖人才等,建立了14個技能大師工作室,實現技能大師的絕活傳承,發揮帶徒傳技和高端引領作用。
學院以“三教”改革為引擎,推動教育教學高質量發展。參加4個國家專業教學資源庫建設,主持或參與省級教學資源庫8項、國家在線精品課程4門、省級精品課程17門,省級精品資源共享課(在線開放課程、課程思政示范課程等)21門。院級專業教學資源庫8個,院級精品課程、精品資源共享課、精品在線開放課程100余門。國家創新行動發展計劃骨干專業3個、生產性實訓基地1個;山東省高水平專業群2個,山東省品牌專業群2個,山東省特色專業7個,牽頭或參與制定國際職業標準2個,牽頭或參與省級專業教學指導方案開發7項。獲得省級教學成果獎21項,市級及以上教科研立項235項,承擔橫向技術服務項目150余項,獲市廳級以上科研成果獎勵153項,公開發表論文1600余篇,取得國家專利470余件。
學院堅持“以賽促學、以賽促教、以賽促建”,是第44、45、46屆世界技能大賽中國集訓基地,被省人社廳確定為山東技能大賽研究中心。近三年來,在各級各類大賽中獲300多個獎項。其中,國賽一等獎29項、二等獎31項,省賽一等獎85項。獲得省級以上技術能手稱號的師生數量居于全省職業院校前列。
學院不斷深化產教融合、校企合作,是山東省校企一體化辦學示范院校。在320多家大中型企業建立校外實習基地,先后與聯想集團、瑞典斯凱孚、豪邁集團、開泰集團、日立電梯等國際化企業合作共建專業,實現聯合招生、共同培養、定向就業。與武漢華中數控股份有限公司、山東網商教育科技集團分別共建智能制造學院、數字經濟學院。
學院憑借扎實的專業人才培養、良好的社會影響、優秀的畢業生質量形成了就業領域廣、專業對口程度高、發展前景好的就業格局,就業率保持在98%以上。先后被評為“全省高校就業工作先進單位”“全省高等學校創業教育示范校”,榮獲“改革開放30年山東教育總評榜——最具就業推動力高職院校”稱號、被中國教育在線評為“高職院校品牌影響力50強”、齊魯晚報“綜合實力前十強國辦高職”“畢業生最受用人單位認可高校”稱號,新浪山東“最受網民歡迎高職院校”稱號。

Shandong Labor Vocational and Technical College
Shandong Labor Vocational and Technical College (Shandong Labor Technician College), founded in 1955, is a full-time vocational college directly under Human Resources and Social Security Department of Shandong Province. The college is entitled as National Advanced Vocational College, National Demonstrative Base for High-skilled Talent, National Continuing Education Base for Professional worker, National Pilot of 1 X Certificate in Higher Vocational College,Skill-typed Characteristic top College of Advanced Education of Shandong Province, and Construction Unit of High-quality Vocational College in Shandong Province. It has been awarded the prize of National Outstanding Contribution in High-skilled Talent’s Education. The college was in the leadership in forming Shandong Training Group of Vocational Education in Machine Industry, and is a construction unit of Public Training Base of Shandong Province.
The college, lies in Jinan which is a splendid city dubbed the spring city, and has two campuses of Huaiyin and Changqing with an area of 1,050 acres including the building area of 497,000 square meters. There are currently more than 15,000 full-time students. The area of internship training site is more than 95,000 square meters, including more than 6,100 internship training stations in 168 practice bases or training rooms. The total assets of these teaching and scientific research equipment are 184 million yuan, owning more than 20 new-built high-end training centers related to Five-axis CNC for Intelligent Manufacturing Line, industrial robots, 3D printing, CAD mechanical design, freight forwarding, virtual reality technology, electrical automation, new energy vehicles, etc.
In order to meet the needs of regional economic development and industrial restructuring in Shandong Province, the college sets up 11 departments such as Intelligent Manufacturing Department,Electrical Engineering and Automation Department, Automotive Engineering Department, Information Engineering Department, Modern City Department, Business Administration Department, Labor Economics Department, Vocational Education Department, Basic Course Education (Sports) Department, Ideological and Political Education Department and Senior Technician Department. It has formed a layout with “intelligent manufacturing acts as the main body and electronic information and modern service acts as two wings”, focusing on the construction of five professional groups of intelligent manufacturing, information technology, automation, automobile maintenance, and modern business circulation. 43 higher vocational majors are for national enrollment. It is one of the first vocational colleges in the whole country to implement Dual Certificate System. Graduates who pass the examination can obtain both a college degree certificate and a higher vocational qualification certificate. In recent years, the college has been developing the “Excellent Technician Program”, with 10% of the outstanding students forming Excellent Technician Class, which has formed the standards and experience of training high-end skilled talents with “college degree technician qualification”.
There are currently 690 full-time teachers, containing,32professors and 150associate professors, and over 81.17% are the double-qualified teachers. One of the experts has been awarded Special Allowance of the State Council. Moreover, there are 7 national technical experts, one national model teacher, one leader of national skill master studio,87provincial technical experts, 94 teachers with provincial honorary and 2 Huang Danian teaching staff, one team of “Youth Innovation and Technology Program”. In addition, the college recruited Zhao Feng, Jiang Hexin, and Wang Qinfeng, among the first Taishan industry leaders, who are respectively the winner of China Skills competition, the national model worker, and the national technical expert, and established 14 skill master studios inheriting masters’ unique skills and playing a role of instructor and leader.
The college vigorously promotes the construction of majors, courses, teachers, and scientific research, and further advances the reform of the credit system. It participates in the construction of 4 national professional teaching resource databases, 8 provincial teaching resource database, 4 national excellent sharing courses (open online courses),17 provincial excellent sharing courses (open online courses). And there are 8 college-level professional teaching resource databases, more than 100 college-level quality courses, sharing quality courses, and open online quality courses. Besides, it has 3 key majors of National Innovation Development Plan, one productive training base, 2 high-level professional group of Shandong Province, 7 specialty groups of Shandong Province characteristics (brands), seven training programs related to modern apprenticeship and company’s new apprenticeship , two professional teaching guidelines of Shandong Province. It has won 21 provincial teaching achievement awards, 235 teaching research projects at the municipal level or above, undertook more than 150horizontal technical service projects, received 153 awards for scientific research achievements at municipal level or above, published 1600 papers, and obtained more than 470 national patents.
Adhering to the principle of “competition to promote learning, to promote teaching and to promote constructing”, the college was chosen as the Chinese training base of 44th, 45th, and 46th World Skills Competition, and was identified as Social Skills Competition Research Center of Shandong Provincial by Department of Human Resources. In the past three years, it has won more than 300 awards in various competitions at all levels including 25 national first prizes, 25 national second prizes, 76 the provincial first prizes. Due to the outstanding achievements, more than 60 teachers and students won the titles of “National Technical Experts”or“Technical Experts of Shandong Province”which ranks the first in the vocational colleges of Shandong Province.
As a provincial model of school-enterprise integration, the college continues to deepen the integration of production and education, and school-enterprise cooperation. It has established off-campus internship bases in more than 320 large and medium-sized enterprises, and cooperated with Lenovo, SKF, Halma Group, Kaitai Group, Hitachi Elevator and other international enterprises to achieve the goal of joint enrollment, joint training and targeted employment. By Cooperating with Huazhong CNC Corporation of Wuhan Province and Shandong Online Business Education Technology Group, we have built Intelligent Manufacturing School and Digital Economy School.
Relying on the solid professional talent cultivation, good social reputation, and outstanding graduate quality, the college has formed a wide employment pattern with high consistency in finding promising jobs in line with specialty. The employment rate has remained above 98%. Thus, it was entitled as “Advanced Employment Unit in Universities of Shandong Province”, “Model College of Entrepreneurship Education in Shandong Province”, and “The list of Shandong Education Overall Evaluation during 30 Years of Reforming and Opening up---the Most Employment-promoting Vocational College”. Besides, it was rated as“Top 50 Influential Vocational Colleges ” by China Education Online, “Top 10 State-owned Vocational Colleges with Comprehensive Strength” and “Most Approved Colleges by Employers” by Qilu Evening News, and "Most Popular Vocational Colleges among Netizen" by Sina Shandong.
Thanks to vocational education practice and innovation, the college has obtained profound background and connotation. Standing at a new starting point, the college implements the Party’s education policy and General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions on education, taking “cultivate moral characters, nurturing noble talents” as the foundation, adheres to the policy “high-end leadership, distinctive establishment, connotative development, and diversified running”, advocates the concept of “superior skills, brilliant future”, and paves the way for each student to become a talent and serve the country.
